What does it do in detail?

  •     Fully automatic deburring of workpieces of different sizes, e.g. rectangular saw cuts
  •     After sawing, the workpieces are placed on a conveyor belt, where they are separated and transported to the system
  •     Automatic measurement of the workpieces
  •     After measuring, the robot grips the workpiece and deburrs the first side (all 4 saw cut edges), rotates the workpiece and also deburrs the second side on all 4 saw cut edges
  •     Active extraction of swarf directly at the milling spindle
  •     After deburring, the finished part is sorted and placed on a conveyor belt (finished part belt)
  •     While this process is running, the next workpiece is already being measured and is ready for deburring


Our Assfalg robot deburring cell is designed for multi-shift operation. It is suitable for all sawing machines on the market from all manufacturers.
Furthermore, mixed operation with different component dimensions in series is possible at any time.

Before the machine is put into operation, an automatic calibration of the system and the measuring unit is carried out.
Another interesting option is available:
An automatic ejection of bar cuts and offcuts.
