Perfect weld seam preparation
Our sheet metal bevelling machines ensure precise weld seam preparation. They enable uniform burr-free edges on both the top and bottom of the workpieces at the same time. 

High mobility and performance
Like all machines in our range, the new sheet metal bevelling machines are characterised by their high mobility. You can easily move the machine to the workpiece - perfect for large and difficult-to-move sheets. The machines stand on spring-mounted rollers to compensate for unevenness on the floor and levelling the sagging of the metal sheet. The powerful milling head also guarantees a high bevelling capacity for a wide range of materials.

Processing small and large workpieces
Our machines are designed to efficiently process both smaller workpieces from 300x100 mm and larger components. Chamfering large workpieces is taken to a new level with these machines. Thanks to the large number of feed rollers, the workpieces are guided safely and precisely, resulting in greater flexibility and precision.

Swivelling and ergonomic control panel
For maximum flexibility in operation, our machines have a swivelling, ergonomic control panel. This innovation allows the machine to be controlled from all sides. Whether you are working with smaller, handy workpieces and operating the machine from the front or with larger steel plates that are easier to access from the rear - the control panel adapts to the way you work. This ensures greater operating comfort and significantly improves the workflow.

Speed and feed adjustment
Another highlight is the adjustable speed and feed, which allows the machine to be adapted to a wide range of materials. You can easily process all common materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The exact speed and feed rate data is clearly shown on a digital display, allowing you to precisely control and monitor the machining processes.

The A330, our novelty, can process either the top or bottom edge. Angle adjustment range of 0°- +/-60°, as the machine has a work carriage with integrated 180° swivelling mechanism.

The A340, our novelty, is suitable for top and bottom edge processing in one operation, as this machine has 2 spindles / 2 milling cutters (1x bottom and 1x top edge) installed.
