The KKE edge and contour deburring machines are designed for chamfering small to medium-sized workpieces. The durable steel casing, the wear-resistant and sanded work plate and the speed regulation convince in every regard.
The machine is available in KKE1 and KKE2 designs. The KKE2 includes a prismatic guide with extraction socket in the scope of delivery.
Our versatile tool range includes different VHM milling cutters and CBN or diamond grinding pencils. The VHM milling cutters are available for the processing of chamfer angles and radii. Ball bearings with Ø 3 mm, Ø 4 mm, Ø 5 mm or Ø 6 mm are used for contour processing with the VHM milling cutters. Tapered contour chamfers are used in combination with guide fingers or stop rulers.
A chamfer width of up to 3 mm is possible in NE-metals and steels and up to 2 mm in stainless steel. Radii processing is feasible up to R3. We recommend an industrial vacuum with automatic switch-on for the KKE2 so that cleanliness at the workplace can be guaranteed. This simultaneously increases the service life of the motor. The on-duration is 30 - 50%.
